GDPM - Goal Directed Project Management

Kristoffer Grude is a former managing director and partner of Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Norway and now has his own consulting firm, Euroconsult. Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) was introduced in the 70’s and 80’s by Kristoffer and two other project management consultants - Erling Andersen and Tor Haug. They are the authors of the book of the same name which is now in its 4th edition.
